Welcome to Route 94 Adventure Bike Tours! Before embarking on your exciting journey with us, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms outline the agreement between Route 94 Adventure Bike Tours (referred to as "we,""us," or "our") and the participant (referred to as"you" or "participant").

1. Booking and Payment:

‍1.1. To secure your spot on the tour, a $100 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.2. 50 percent payment is due  2 business days before 1 and 2 day tours

14days for 4 and 7 day tours and 7 days before 3 day add on tour start date with complete payment due on ride day itself.

1.3. We accept payment via  credit card, bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1.Cancellations made within the windows mentioned above in 1.2  are eligible for a refund.

2.2.Cancellations made outside of the tour start date windows mentioned in 1.2 are non-refundable.

2.3. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Health and Safety:

3.1.Participants must be in good health and physical condition to undertake the tour. 3.2. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the tour. 3.3. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour due to health reasons.

4. Insurance:

4.1. We highly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

4.2. Route 94 Adventure Bike Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tour.

5. Responsibilities:

5.1. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour.

5.2. Respect for local customs, laws, and the environment is always mandatory.

5.3. Any damage to equipment or property caused by a participant will be their responsibility to reimburse.

6. Itinerary Changes:

6.1. While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes.

6.2. We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary, accommodations, or activities as required.

7. Equipment:

7.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of their own equipment.

7.2.Rental equipment provided by Route 94 Adventure Bike Tours must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

8. Liability Waiver:

8.1. By participating in the tour, you agree to release Route 94 Adventure Bike Tours from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

8.2. You acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your own safety.

9. Privacy Policy:‍

9.1. We collect personal information for the purpose of organising and conducting our tours. This information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9.2. By booking a tour with us, you agree to our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law:

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
